Dev Deepawali is the 'Diwali of the gods', held on Kartik Purnima, fifteen days after Diwali. On this day Shiva destroyed the demon Tripurasura (so it is also Tripurari Purnima), and the gods are believed to come down to Kashi to bathe in the Ganga and celebrate with lamps.
